Berry Pomeroy Castle
Berry Pomoroy,
TOTNES,

Write a review
Building of this now ruined shell, inside the 15th-century defences of the Pomeroy family castle, began around the mid-16th century and ambitiously enlarged at the beginning of the 17th century. It was intended to become the most spectacular house in Devon, but the project was abandoned by 1700 and has become the focus of ghost stories.
