Lyme Park

DISLEY, Stockport, SK12 2NX

Write a review

Originally Tudor, Lyme Park now resembles a huge, Italianate palace following its transformation in the 18th century. Inside, a colourful family history is brought to life in beautifully furnished rooms. Outside, enjoy the opulent Victorian and Edwardian gardens with their sunken parterre, lake, and Wyatt-designed orangery. The surrounding deer park stretches up to the moors and is stocked with native species of deer.
