Set in a secluded, elevated location with high hedges for shelter, and plenty of peace. This grassy site is about four miles from the Eden Project and midway between the north and south Cornish coasts. There is a small coarse fishing lake on site, hardstanding pitches, a shop selling take-away snacks, and two static caravans for holiday hire. The site is on the Saint's Way, and nearby is Helman Tor, a Neolithic hill fort, and the highest point on Bodmin Moor. There is a fish and chip restaurant in Lanivet (approximately 1 mile); from here there is a bus service to Bodmin.
