Dating back to 1385 and first licensed in 1495, The Bull offers modern facilities yet retains many traditional features including original exposed beams. High quality meals can be enjoyed at breakfast, lunch and dinner; the inn sources local produce from nearby farms, south coast landed fish, and real ales from the Dark Star micro-brewery. Dinner can be taken in the award-winning a la carte restaurant, while more relaxed fayre is offered in the smokehouse bar. The bedrooms, including one four-poster room, are decorated with modern furnishings. The Buttery function room was originally the village bakery.
