The Boot can trace its history back to the 17th century when it was a coaching inn, and was also used for legal sessions and proceedings prior to the completion of the Court House opposite, which now forms part of Repton School. It is a delightful village inn, and has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to provide a contemporary dining area and bar, made homely with attractive artwork, exposed original features and wood-burning stoves. The Boot also has its own micro-brewery, producing brews like Boot Beer, Tuffer's Old and Clod Hopper. En suite bedrooms are individually decorated, each tastefully furnished with an emphasis on comfort. Carefully prepared dishes make great use of quality, local produce at breakfast and dinner. Free WiFi and on-site parking are available.
