Be very sure of your travel plans before booking this hotel. When my partner became sick 3 weeks before traveling I asked the hotel if it would be possible to not cancel the booking but to transfer the reservation to a later date. This the hotel would not do and I had to pay for the accommodation. I do not think this is good business practice.

The website photo gallery implies 12 rooms and it is assumed all will be as portrayed on website as nothing indicates the contrary - we got a small room and certainly was not worth the ninety pounds per night - will not be returning as did feel we had been mislead - travelled extensively throughtout UK and all rooms were exactly what was advertised/portrayed on internet
