Defect: On vehicles fitted with an integral child seat with five point seat belt, the seat backrest could fail in a heavy impact accident due to incorrect manufacturing tolerances in some of the components involved.
Action: The frame will be replaced on all affected seats and on units with an older production date the inertia reel will also be changed.

Defect: The brake servo may not release fully, allowing the brake pads to remain in contact with the brake discs. This could result in overheating and loss of braking efficiency.
Action: Remedial action involves fitting an additional pull off spring to the brake servo.
