Defect: Possibility of a crack being present in the steering wheel hub which may lead to a slackening of the steering wheel.
Action: If there is a crack present in the steering wheel hub, replace the steering wheel. If there is no crack then re-fit the steering wheel nut and washer, tightening the nut to 35Nm.
