Defect: The potential exists for either of the flexible hoses carrying fuel between the engine and the body mounted pipes to leak. In the worst case situation spilt fuel could ignite.
Action: Recall affected vehicles and replace the flexible fuel pipes with ones of improved specification.

Description: FUEL PIPE MAY CONTACT EXHAUST SYSTEM

Defect: A potential foul condition can occur between the fuel return pipe and the left hand exhaust manifold. Should the pipe become worn through, fuel may contact the exhaust system, and, in extreme cases, ignite.
Action: Affected vehicles are to be recalled for checking of the fuel pipe to exhaust system clearance, adjusting same and/or replacing the fuel pipe as necessary.
