About us

Since 1990, AA driving school has taught well over a million people to drive across the UK.

We're the only national driving school to use only fully qualified instructors, which means that all of our instructors have been trained to teach to a high standard. In fact, AA instructors are so good that 97% of people learning to drive with us said they would recommend us to a friend.*

You can also apply for your provisional licence online if you live in Great Britain. You must pay the accompanying DVLA fee. Residents of Northern Ireland must apply by application form.
