Lively, intimate and fun, this Marylebone-hinterland ‘kitchen and tapas’ is smack on-cue. The in-vogue pared-back look keep things relaxed while the Spanish-style tiled open kitchen draws top focus. Conversely, the downstairs room is quieter, quirkier and comes with a bar. Cheery, informed service fits the bill too, while Neapolitan-born chef Eduardo Tuccillo brings his homeland roots - together with Spanish and other Mediterranean influences - to the small-plate dining arena. Intelligent simplicity, freshness and generosity allow flavours and textures to shine; take braised octopus tostada, with big-hit Iberico chorizo, purple potatoes, corn and cauliflower, or knockout skirt steak - skilfully marinated with smoke garlic, horseradish and olive oil.
