Wines by the glass

Dehesa comes from the same stable as Salt Yard and Opera Tavern and, like them, is a charcuterie and tapas bar serving up a lively hybrid of Spanish and Italian dishes. It's a small, buzzy place where you sit elbow-to-elbow at high-level tables and graze on bar snacks of pig’s head and morcilla terrine, or charcuterie and cheese, with a glass of fino. Otherwise, the line-up of unfussy tapas dishes takes in braised octopus with chickpeas, piquillo peppers, nduja stew and crispy among the fish options, with slow-cooked venison haunch with crispy potato galette, sautéed tenderstem broccoli and baby turnips among the meat. Leave room for puddings like salted chocolate délice with whipped malt cream and hazelnut praline.
