The seventh floor heated terrace here is one of the ever-growing number of places to enjoy London's fast-changing skyline. The contemporary British menu shows considerable originality as in a starter of roasted scallops with Aura heritage potato sauce, chorizo, fried capers, chives and black olives. For a main, consider hearty roasted breast and leg of Norfolk Black chicken with beer-braised shallots, mustard king cabbage, beer- and treacle-cured bacon and crushed Mayan Gold potatoes. Desserts show plenty of thought too, judging by Earl Grey tea, burnt honey tart, toasted meringue and bergamot curd and poppy seed ice cream.
