A clifftop position overlooking the neighbouring islands draws people to this sleek contemporary restaurant near St Peter Port. The menu is big on fish and seafood, as in the Guernsey crab and cold-water prawn tian, bois boudran dressing and pickled cucumber and avocado purée, or a main course of pan-roasted turbot, mussel, asparagus and Noilly Prat fricassée, roasted garlic mash and wilted spinach. Steak boards include onglet, fillet and rib-eye (served with chunky chips or French fries), or the whopping côte de boeuf for two to share. Finish with chocolate and peanut torte with mandarin sorbet, or wild berry cheesecake, cocoa biscuit crumb and honeycomb.
