This vibrant venture displays the machines alongside hanging lanterns to bring vivid colour, and is the brainchild of the people behind the Ubiquitous Chip and its sister restaurant, Stravaigin. Over two buzzing floors, staff in branded T-shirts work like troopers, and the chilled-out, canteen-style vibe suits the authentic street food menu of dazzling Vietnamese flavours. The menu gives the Vietnamese names of dishes followed by an English translation, thus ga loi xa lach is salt-and-chilli pheasant thigh - packed with flavour - and ga muong BBQ is barbecued chicken with pickled cucumber and morning glory. There are classic pho dishes, too.
