Ethically-sourced and organic produce is the name of the game at this small restaurant, named after its postcode. Among the refined and ambitious dishes are starters like salted and slow-cooked cod with granola and bay leaf cream, or sugar-cured duck breast with a salad of pickled turnips and pears. Accuracy and a flair for successful combinations are apparent in main courses such as a winter offering of guinea fowl with squash, braised lentils and shiitaki mushrooms. End with artisan cheeses or one of the imaginative puddings: walnut and date tart with vanilla and Earl Grey cream, or burnt cream with apple jelly and a rosemary scone.
