Despite its name, The New Inn actually dates back as far as 1450 and it has been a hub of the village ever since. Just off the A23 to the north of the South Downs National Park, this bustling village is also a short hop from Brighton. Whether it’s one of the four areas in the pub or in the pretty beer garden, this friendly and lively pub is a great place to enjoy a glass of local Harvey’s or Orchard Pig cider and tuck into a home-made burger and French fries; monkfish Thai green curry; or Cumberland sausage, mash and onion gravy.
