Brewing started at this Victorian pub over 160 years ago. Today it’s brewing still, an independent brewpub in Suffolk where you can see beer being brewed on a regular basis. Indeed, dominating the bar are two giant stainless steel brewing vessels, fount of Old Cannon Best Bitter, Gunner’s Daughter and seasonal and special occasion beers. For the really keen, they offer a Brew Day experience giving two people the opportunity to work alongside the brewer.
