There’s a perfect balance of traditional and contemporary styles at this stone-built village pub. A wide selection of real ales is on offer in the bar and can be enjoyed beside one of the two open fires. Freshly prepared dishes might include smoked paprika Scotch egg, celeriac remoulade, tomato and red pepper coulis; venison bourguignon shortcrust pastry pie, mash, chantenay carrots and gravy; or Thai green vegetable curry.
