Ideally located for exploring the coast and countryside of north Norfolk, The Duck Inn, run by Ben and Sarah Handley, is a real food-lover’s paradise, showcasing the best of the region’s produce. Have a pint of Adnams Ghost Ship or Elgood's Cambridge Bitter while you check out the menu, choosing from starters like the famous Scotch quail’s eggs with mustard and tarragon mayonnaise, or crispy ham hock terrine with piccalilli and a soft-boiled egg. Move on to baked fillet of hake with Brancaster cockles, brown shrimps and potato beignet; or seared Norfolk ox liver, smoked mash, pancetta and truffle jus noisette.
