Mexican and English cook house on the waterfront

At a glance

Bar menu
Beer festival
Open all year

Located next to the Shepherd Neame Brewery near the Faversham swing bridge, the Albion Taverna looks directly onto the attractive waterfront area. The colourful menu is a combination of Mexican and English dishes. On the Mexican side are fajitas and quesadillas with a choice of fillings, enchiladas, nachos, Mexican ribs, huevos rancheros, chicken Veracruz and beef chilli tacos. English options include smoked salmon and avocado salad; and white pepper skate wing and chunky chips. You can even stay in the Mexican mood with a dessert of churros (hot doughnuts with a rich chocolate fudge sauce). There is an annual hop festival in early September.
