Parts of this cliff-top building date back to the 16th century. Over time it’s developed into a mini theme park for all the family. Today children let off steam while dads sup their pints of international beer or lager and mums relax with a glass of Prosecco on adult-only balconies. Pirate Pete’s (seasonal) is popular for kiddies’ parties, and the newly opened Mamma’s Kitchen furnishes sharing boards along with most flavours of pizza and pasta. Pub fodder from the main menu proffers the likes of crispy salt and pepper squid with dressed mixed leaves and aïoli dip; half a chicken roasted with your choice of glaze; and coconut pannacotta.
