Bar menu
Beer festival

For owners Chris York and Kate Lewis, restoration of this Cotswolds inn was a labour of love, a feeling shared by the team of craftsmen and other experts. Stroud Brewery's Tom Long, Bath Ales Gem, the rotating Moor Beer's Nor'Hop and So'Hop, and Severn cider occupy the bar pumps. Organic bar food includes Workers’ Pot, a hearty stew and, if you dine 'up in the rafters', shellfish linguine with tomato chowder sauce; pan-fried duck breast with Thai potato rösti; real ale battered fish of the day; and porcini mushroom and herb burger. The monthly changing menus feature vegan choices too.
