A warm welcome and seriously good food

Originally used as accommodation by masons and other such craftsmen enlarging the church in 1450, this inn has a contemporary style despite its considerable age; the bread oven and original fireplace remain. The inn is popular with walkers and cyclists as it is just six miles from Exmoor National Park, so it’s a pretty good idea to make for The Swan after being out and about in the fresh air.
