Pint of beer on a bar

The Beer Hall at Hawkshead Brewery

At a glance

Bar menu
Beer festival
Dog friendly

Through the vast picture windows of this striking modern building in Staveley's old mill yard are grand views of the fells tumbling to the village. Immediately to hand, the brewing process can be glimpsed through glass dividing walls; the award-winning beers emanating from here can be enjoyed with tapas-style food selected to complement each beer style. More substantial meals celebrate down-to-earth pub-grub like cheese, onion and potato pie. The Beer Hall's modern, airy interior hosts an open mic and music session every Sunday, whilst brewery tours are available four days a week. Beer festivals occur in March and July.
