What does Brexit mean for AA customers?
Under the Withdrawal Agreement Act, the UK left the EU on 31 January 2020, with a transition period until 31 December 2020. During the transition period there were no changes to your banking services.
For most customers there won't be any change to our products or services after the Brexit transition period ends.
You can find below FAQs to help with your AA loans, savings and credit cards.
Due to the rules that govern how customers can access bank accounts and services in the European Economic Area (EEA), a small number of customers living in the EEA may no longer be able to access banking services from Bank of Ireland UK.
We're now contacting those customers and advising them of any actions they need to take. If you don't hear from us directly there's no need to take any action on this matter.
