Vauxhall launches technician appraisal system

Car manufacturer Vauxhall has announced that it is to begin a search to find the best MasterFit centres in the UK.

The company will assess its garages in three areas – expertise, convenience and value, awarding a plaque to display on their premises if they meet the criteria.

According to the automaker, these are the three most important factors in business development and customer satisfaction.

In order to give consumers the best service it can, it will be fitting the latest diagnostic equipment and employing the latest software enhancements.

"The Vauxhall MasterFit customer promise is designed to ensure convenience for customers in every aspect of the MasterFit experience," the firm stated.

Vauxhall Motors is a subsidiary of General Motors car company based in the UK.

It was originally founded in Luton in 1903 and in 2004 recorded an operating income of £131 million, with revenue of close to £3.8 billion.
