Skoda has celebrated the fact that its dealer network has been voted into third place in an Auto Express customer satisfaction survey.
This is an improvement on the fifth place that the manufacturer’s network of 133 dealers achieved last year.
According to Skoda its showrooms were praised for their standard of workmanship, levels of technical knowledge and "cleanliness and atmosphere".
Auto Express magazine said that Skoda’s dealers have achieved some "great results" and said that particular highlights came in the value for money and overall dealer performance categories.
Chris Craft, managing director of Skoda UK, was "delighted" by the fact that the company’s dealerships received an average score of 85 per cent for customer satisfaction.
"We strive to offer our customers a friendly and warm reception every time they enter a showroom," Mr Craft added.
"This survey shows how good a job our dealers are doing and that we really are the manufacturer of happy drivers."
