Motorists looking to buy a Volkswagen Golf have been told that good financial deals are currently on offer.
The Volkswagen Retailer Network is offering a number of finance packages to help motorists afford a new car of their choice.
Graham Wheeler, head of Volkswagen Financial Services, stated that many motorists may currently have a little bit of spare money as a result of the falling interest rate.
He explained: "The recent changes in the Bank of England base rate mean that there are over three million tracker mortgage customers who will be up to £260 per month better off."
Mr Wheeler added that wannabe Golf buyers can pick up a vehicle for as little as having to pay monthly sums of £199.
Furthermore, he concluded that these deals provide those unable to gain any money from their bank with the chance to still buy a new car.
Channel Four stated in a review of the Volkswagen Golf that its petrol engine is "punchy and smooth", while overall the vehicle is a "good drive" that "rides well".
