1 Rosette restaurant
Describing itself as 'boutique style', this 17th-century former coaching inn is very much of the 21st century. The bedrooms, with Egyptian cotton linen and Molton Brown toiletries as standard, are each designed with an interesting theme – for example, Malt Whisky, Night at the Movies, James Bond and Shooters, and for chocolate lovers, there's a bedroom where you can eat as much chocolate as you like! The food is very much the focus here in both the informal fish bar and the contemporary restaurant. The kitchen prides itself on sourcing the freshest fish and locally reared meats.
