Light, complex, beautifully presented dishes are delivered via a fixed-price carte and tasting option. You might take a main course of pan-fried loin of Balmoral Estate venison with Epoisses and potato gratin and a chocolate gel and port reduction, while to finish, perhaps a caramel soufflé served with popcorn ice cream and mandarin smoothie. Ancillaries like canapés, amuse-bouche, pre-dessert, breads and petits fours all hold top form, while a notable wine list provides the perfect complement.
