Description
This granite building is a former grain warehouse found in the city's West End shopping district. A traditional hotel restaurant here, Poachers, serves high quality, simply prepared dishes, using the best local and Scottish ingredients. Service is relaxed and friendly so take your time to peruse the menu. You'll find the carte supplemented by options from the chargrill and side orders like sliced olive and herb potatoes. Typical starters include bradan rost mango and avocado salsa, or traditional Cullen skink. Main courses might include pan-seared fillet of monkfish wrapped in Parma ham on a creamy Loch Fyne mussel chowder.
