Wimpole Home Farm
Description
When built in 1794, the Home Farm was one of the most advanced agricultural enterprises in the country. The Great Barn, now restored, holds a display of farm machinery and implements of the kind used at Wimpole over the past two centuries. On the farm there are rare breeds of domestic animals, and visitors can see the new lambs in spring, and sheep shearing in June. Please ring for details of special events.
