Portland House is an impressive dwelling, dating in part back to the 17th century, and situated in the picturesque Wye Valley. The accommodation consists of comfortable bedrooms which include a large family room, an accessible bedroom on the ground floor, and a four-poster suite. All have a thoughtful range of extras provided. Walkers can use the Boot Room and guests have use of the laundry, the terrace garden area, and the attractive lounge. Breakfast with ingredients from local suppliers, home-made bread and up to eight kinds of home-made preserve,is served around the shared dining table, or at a separate table in the cosy elegant dining room. With prior arrangement, evening meals can be provided.
