Calling all chocoholics – this is your chance to get creative and produce your own mouthwatering masterpieces, with this month's treat of a competition from Seed & Bean.
Your choco-tastic day will begin with a chocolate-making workshop, at the School of Artisan Food in Nottingham. Under the guidance of the school’s in-house chocolatier extraordinaire, Ross Sneddon, you’ll be introduced to the fine art of working with chocolate.

You’ll explore the attributes of various beans, and discover how to work with both sweet and savoury flavours, as well as creating your own delicious sweet treats – from indulgent chocolate bars, to moulded chocolates and rich truffles.
Next, you’ll explore the key role that different flavours have to play, in a fun and creative session hosted by Seed & Bean’s flavour creator Stephen Rudkin.
You’ll encounter unusual and intriguing combinations – from chilli and lime, coconut and raspberry, and soothing lavender, to refreshing lemon and poppy seeds, and rich dark chocolate with Cornish sea salt – and put your findings to practice in two practical flavour-making and blind-tasting sessions.
