This is your chance to win a three-night stay for two people, with dinner, bed and breakfast, in the medieval market town of Alnwick, in Northumberland.

You’ll stay at the newly opened Hog’s Head Inn, where you’ll enjoy a three-course evening meal each night, and a hearty Northumberland breakfast each morning. You’ll be guaranteed a comfortable night’s sleep in one of the inn’s spacious and contemporary bedrooms.

The prize includes day passes with afternoon tea at The Alnwick Garden, the stunning creation of The Duchess of Northumberland, situated next to the impressive Alnwick Castle. Here you’ll discover an extraordinary landscaped masterpiece, with beautiful gardens, magnificent architecture and unique features – including one of the world’s largest wooden tree houses, complete with treetop terraces and wobbly walkways. There's even a Poison Garden, where deadly plants are kept under lock and key.

You'll be staying near the charming and historic market town of Alnwick. Here you can admire the picturesque medieval market square, and explore the town’s many quirky, independent shops. 1. The prize offers one AA Rewards member a three-night break at The Hog's Head Inn in Alnwick, Northumberland, for two people.
2. The free prize draw is only open to AA members and customers who register/are registered with AA Rewards and is not open to AA staff or members of their households or any agencies connected with this promotion.
3. It is a condition of the competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, and in particular that the decisions of the AA and the judges on any matters whatsoever arising out of or connected with the competition are final. 
4. All entrants agree to take part in any publicity related to this prize draw and to the disclosure of their name and county. By entering, entrants agree to be contacted in the future with marketing.
5. The closing date for entries is 7 October 2012. The winner will be notified by 10 October 2012 by email or telephone.
6. Prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative to the prize offered. Prize is non-transferable. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person.
7. Prize to be redeemed within six months of notification of winning. The Alnwick Garden winter opening times vary. Afternoon tea at The Alnwick Garden requires pre-booking.

9. The winner will be the first name picked at random from the entries after the closing date.
