Member dining event
On Thursday 14 March, we held a gourmet member dining event, exclusively for AA Rewards members, at Vetiver Restaurant at Chewton Glen – awarded three Rosettes by the AA.
This special culinary experience took place in the splendid surroundings of Chewton Glen’s Vetiver restaurant, where our members spent the evening dining from a bespoke four-course menu, created by head chef Andrew Du Bourg.
Each carefully chosen dish, introduced by Andrew, featured a wealth of stunning flavours, imaginatively combined, using quality seasonal ingredients.
The exquisitely fresh creations used local produce – sourced from the restaurant’s kitchen garden, the hotel grounds, or foraged from the New Forest.

I really appreciated your passing on to the Chef that I am lactose-intolerant. I was so pleased that he made adjustments to cater for my dietary needs. The meal was delicious. I am looking forward to browsing through the excellent book we were given, such a lovely gift.
I shall be looking more carefully at AA Rosettes and emails from the AA too!
