On 18 May 2012, we gave four AA Rewards members, plus a guest, the chance to take part in an exclusive money-can’t-buy experience – being shown around the glorious Chatsworth garden by Head Gardener Steve Porter.

Albert and I would like to thank you for the memorable day organised by the AA to Chatsworth House. The tour of the house was lovely, but what made it extra-special was the private tour with Steve, the head gardener, going behind the scenes to places not normally accessed by the general public. To end the perfect day we enjoyed afternoon tea in the Grosvenor suite. The whole day was a wonderful experience and was very much appreciated.

Just a line to say thanks for a great day, and for looking after us so well – and the goody bag was a nice surprise.

  1. Each of the four winners will receive a pair of tickets for Chatsworth on 18 May, including afternoon tea for two in the Cavendish Rooms restaurant, a souvenir guidebook, and a tour of the estate with Steve Porter.
  2. The free prize draw is only open to members who register with AA Rewards and is not open to AA staff or members of their household or any agencies connected with this promotion.
  3. It is a condition of the competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, and in particular that the decisions of the AA and the judges on any matters whatsoever arising out of or connected with the competition are final. 
  4. All entrants agree to take part in any publicity related to this prize draw and to the disclosure of their name and county. By entering, entrants agree to be contacted in the future with marketing.
    The closing date for entries is 8 April 2012. The winner will be notified by 12 April 2012 by email or telephone. 
  5. Prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative to the prize offered. Prize is non-transferable. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person.
    The promoter is the Automobile Association, Fanum House, Basing View, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4EA. 
  6. The winners will be the first four names picked at random from the entries after the closing date. In the unfortunate event of the prize offered not being available, a prize of similar value will be substituted at the discretion of the AA. The AA's decision is final in all matters concerning the competition. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
