You’ll enjoy an indulgent spa experience, worth over £200, at a Champneys spa retreat. Choose from the secluded Forest Mere in Hampshire, the Georgian elegance of Henlow Grange in Bedfordshire, or the modern and innovative luxury of Springs in Leicestershire.

Your pamper day begins at 9am, when you and your guest receive an introduction to the spa and its facilities. The rest of the day is yours to spend as you like – take a refreshing dip in the pool, head to the fully equipped gym, work out at a fitness class or two, or simply relax.

The experience includes a choice of pampering treatments, and a buffet lunch.

Terms and conditions

1. The prize offers one winner and a guest a pamper day at a Champneys spa retreat.
2. The prize is valid for one year, subject to availability, and can be redeemed Monday–Thursday only. Guests must be aged 16 years or over. Treatment must be chosen from a pre-set menu.
3. The free prize draw is only open to AA members and customers who register/are registered with AA Rewards and is not open to AA staff or members of their households or any agencies connected with this promotion.
4. It is a condition of the competition that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, and in particular that the decisions of the AA and the judges on any matters whatsoever arising out of or connected with the competition are final. 
5. All entrants agree to take part in any publicity related to this prize draw and to the disclosure of their name and county. By entering, entrants agree to be contacted in the future with marketing.
6. The closing date for entries is 5 March 2013. The winner will be notified by 8 March 2013 by email or telephone.
7. Prize is as stated and there is no cash alternative to the prize offered. Prize is non-transferable. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person.

9. The winner will be the first name picked at random from the entries after the closing date. In the unfortunate event of the prize offered not being available, a prize of similar value will be substituted at the discretion of the AA.
