Description
Peacefully located on the outskirts of St Peter Port, this luxurious, yet friendly and relaxed, resort hotel is set amidst 45 acres of mature parkland. The interior has seen some major refurbishment in both the bedrooms and public areas and a choice of three dining experiences is available. The elegant Victor Hugo restaurant is the fine-dining option; light and airy with well-spaced tables. Fresh fish and seafood are a speciality of the regularly-changing menus which feature set price, carte and menu gourmand. A good choice is baked monkfish with new potatoes, grilled artichokes, sun-blushed tomatoes and chorizo sausage, or perhaps fillet of beef with a glazed fondant potato and buttered asparagus. For dessert, why not try praline parfait served with soft fruit and red coulis.
