Sands Grill

The Old Course is in an enviable spot overlooking the world-famous golf course and the coast. The Sands Grill presents the hotel's informal (yet suitably stylish) dining option, with lots of black leather, dark wood and service that gets the tone just right. The menu is biased towards steak, sourced from local farms, and seafood, represented perhaps by Orkney mussels with spring onions and Dijon cream. Global influences can be seen in pan-fried prawns with linguine and Arrabbiata sauce or chargrilled tuna steak with salade Niçoise in a citrus dressing, while chocolate pot with coffee foam and biscotti will round things off nicely.
