Slow-braised oxtail with chargrilled piadini bread is a fine rib-sticking way to start, and you know that tagliatella salsiccia - tagliatelle with 8-hour slow-cooked sausage sauce flavoured with tomato, bayleaf, red wine and chilli - just has to be a winner. Secondi bring perfect Sheffield-meets-Italy fusion food in the shape of slow-cooked belly pork with black pudding polenta, and apple and rosemary dressing. Finish with Tuscan cantuccini biscuits to dip into a glass of sweet Tuscan vin santo, and leave via the deli to stock up on pukka specialities.
