Ingredients are kept tightly reined in - perhaps something as simple as an organic salmon Scotch egg with hollandaise to start, followed by linguine with crab, chilli and coriander, or for those who like their meat red and sizzling, there are prime slabs of 28-day aged beef served from the grill with proper chips, watercress and béarnaise.
