Santini

Santini is a fresh, modern and elegant Italian-themed restaurant and bistro that provides an informal dining venue for the Sheraton Grand's impressive One Spa. The two operations share a spacious entrance dominated by a large cocktail bar; the bistro has diners sitting high on padded stools, while more traditional seating fills the restaurant - a bright, contemporary space, decked out in glass, chrome and low-key neutral shades, and presided over by attentive staff. Dishes are well executed using Scottish ingredients and full of Italian flavours. Menus follow a traditional format (antipasti, primi, pesce and carne), typically including smoked swordfish starter, served with pear, pink peppercorns and Grappa Williams, while mains might include mushroom risotto and spaghetti vongole, as well as more modern options: sea bass with rosemary and balsamic vinegar sauce.
