Service is attentive and friendly, and the cooking style is traditional Scottish. Simply presented dishes are well balanced and seasonality playing a strong part. Haggis wontons with clapshot and whisky jus, and pork tenderloin with duo of cabbage, château potatoes and apple slices show the style.
