A selection of traditional and more adventurous dishes is the kitchen's style, driven by quality local seasonal produce, with an emphasis on game and seafood. The slick cooking majors on flavour and simplicity; perhaps medallions of beef served with a wild mushroom sauce and haggis, followed by chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream to finish.
