Description
This family-run hotel is situated to the west of the city centre. Dine in the Atlantis Restaurant, a split-level affair with a conservatory area, subtle nautical theme, rich coloured furnishings and a wide-ranging menu. The emphasis is on fresh local seafood, including a cold seafood platter and selection of lobster dishes, and, inevitably for Aberdeen, there are steaks too. Portions are hearty and a light touch lets the quality of regional produce speak for itself. Try perhaps Cullen skink with oatcakes, followed by battered calamari with lemon mayonnaise and, for carnivores, pan-fried fillet of venison with whisky, honey and mustard sauce. To close, tiramisu and cappuccino ice cream might catch the eye.

Fab restaurant. I dined with my boyfriend and we enjoyed a beautiful meal with superb service and attention to detail by all the staff who looked after us. I will be back the next time I am in Aberdeen

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Atlantis. The staff were friendly and accomodating and our meal was delicious - the 'melt in mouth' calamari and surf and turf were cooked to perfection and we managed to fit in a sticky toffee pud which is a must! Fantastic, extensive wine list also. Glad we made the effort to venture slightly out of town to get here and will definitely be returning.

We recently visited the Atlantis Restaurant for my Gran's birthday. It was such a lovely setting, the staff were very helpful and attentive and the food was amazing. I'll definitely be visiting again.
