Old Mill Inn

This delightful family-run 200-year-old country inn stands on the edge of the River Dee, five miles from Aberdeen city centre. A former mill house, the 18th-century granite building has been tastefully modernised to include a restaurant where the finest Scottish ingredients feature on the menu: start with marinated herring salad or black pudding parcel, then continue with pan roasted lamb cutlets, roast vegetable and pest tagliatelle, or grilled salmon fillet on sweet potato mash. Food and drink can be enjoyed in the garden in warmer months.
