Set in the estuary village of Lympstone, this traditional beamed, friendly village inn has a good local reputation for food and drink. Well-kept Bass, Otter and London Pride are the ales on offer in the bar. Look out for bass fillets with plum sauce; monkfish kebabs; seafood platter; and seafood grill on the menu. Occasional music nights and Tuesday is quiz night. The pub has now changed hands.
