The Sussex Brewery

The Sussex Brewery is set in the picturesque village of Emsworth, renowned for its annual food festival in September. This 17th-century pub upholds traditional values with its sawdust covered floors, real ales and open fires. The menu includes a large variety of sausages, from Cumberland and Lincolnshire to Cajun and Mexican (there's a good choice for vegetarians too). Other dishes include slow roasted belly of pork on pea mash with caramelised apple and cider sauce, or fillet steak stuffed with Stilton on a bed of truffle mash.
